Accessing cPanel from Your Client Area

cPanel is the industry-standard control panel for managing your website, files, email, databases, and more. All Fantastic NZ Hosting shared and reseller plans include cPanel access.

Method 1: Via the Client Area (Recommended)

1. Log into your client area at https://fantasticnzhosting.co.nz/whmcs/clientarea.php
2. Click on Services > My Services from the top menu.
3. Click on the hosting plan you want to manage.
4. On the product details page, click the "Login to cPanel" button.
5. You'll be automatically logged into cPanel without needing a separate password.

Method 2: Direct URL Access

1. Open your browser and go to https://yourdomain.co.nz:2083 (replace yourdomain.co.nz with your actual domain).
2. Enter your cPanel username and password (these were emailed to you when your hosting was set up).
3. Click Log In.

Can't Find Your cPanel Credentials?

Your cPanel login details were sent to you in your welcome email when your hosting account was activated. Search your inbox for "New Account Information" from Fantastic NZ Hosting. If you still can't find them, contact our support team.
