Paying Your Invoices at Fantastic NZ Hosting

Keeping your invoices paid on time ensures your hosting, domains, and email services continue running without interruption.

Viewing Your Invoices

  1. Log into your client area at https://fantasticnzhosting.co.nz/whmcs/clientarea.php
  2. Click on Billing > My Invoices.
  3. You'll see a list of all your invoices with their status (Paid, Unpaid, Overdue, Cancelled).
  4. Click on any invoice to view the full details.

Paying an Invoice

  1. Click on the unpaid invoice you want to pay.
  2. Review the invoice details and amount.
  3. Select your preferred payment method:
    • Credit/Debit Card — Visa, Mastercard (processed securely via our payment gateway)
    • PayPal — pay with your PayPal balance or linked cards
    • Bank Transfer — pay directly into our NZ bank account (details shown on the invoice)
  4. Click Pay Now and follow the prompts to complete payment.

Automatic Payments

Save time by setting up automatic payments:

  1. In the client area, go to Billing > Payment Methods.
  2. Add a credit card or link your PayPal account.
  3. Future invoices will be charged automatically on the due date.

All Prices in NZD

All Fantastic NZ Hosting prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) — no surprises with currency conversion. Prices include GST where applicable.

What Happens If I Don't Pay?

  • 1-3 days overdue: Reminder emails are sent.
  • 7 days overdue: Services may be suspended.
  • 30 days overdue: Suspended services may be terminated and data deleted.
