Webmail lets you check your email from any web browser — no email client setup needed. Perfect for when you're away from your usual device.

How to Access Webmail

There are three ways to get to webmail:

Method 1: Direct URL

1. Open your browser and go to https://yourdomain.co.nz:2096
2. Enter your full email address and password.
3. Click Log In.

Method 2: Via cPanel

1. Log into cPanel.
2. Go to Email > Email Accounts.
3. Click Check Email next to the account you want to access.

Method 3: Via the Webmail URL

1. Go to https://yourdomain.co.nz/webmail
2. Log in with your email address and password.

Choosing a Webmail Application

When you first access webmail, you can choose from:

• Roundcube: Modern, clean interface with a familiar look. Best for most users.

You can change your default webmail application at any time from the webmail dashboard.

• Read, compose, and reply to emails
• Manage folders and organise messages
• Search your mailbox
• Set up email filters and auto-responders
• Manage contacts
